Requirements:•Grade 12•BSc/ BTech/ HND/ Mechanical Engineering•Government Certificate of Competency (factories)•5+ years’ experience as a maintenance manager•Knowledge and ability to manage P&L, budgets, financials, etc.•Understanding of all relevant legislation (LRA, BCEA, SDA, OHSA, NEMA, safety, environmental etc.)•Understanding of how to develop and implement business strategies.
