JOB SUMMARY: An opportunity exists with our client in the FMCG industry for a Cold Store Administrative Assistant at their Greenbushes Depot. JOB DESCRIPTION: Minimum qualification and experience:- Matric- Related tertiary qualification advantageous- 1 – 2 Years’ experience in an administrative role- Fleet experience advantageous- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite- Basic to intermediate Excel Skills- Experience on systems such as Pastel / Syspro/ MacroMain Duties/Key Results Areas:Issuing of Stock:- Receiving of release requests- Capturing of picking slips- Requesting of invoices- Capturing GIV’s and relevant additional charges- Ensuring that relevant documentation is attached to finalised GIV- Ensuring that correct weighbridge and transport documentation is attached to finalised GIVReceiving of Stock:- Obtaining relevant documentation from parties involved- Capturing pre-advice and printing pallet stickers- Capturing of GRV’s and relevant charges- Ensuring that relevant documentation is attached to finalised GRV- Ensuring that correct weighbridge / transport documentation is attached to finalised GRVGeneral:- Filing- Liaising with the Sales department if unable to comply with release requests- Scanning / e-mailing- Assisting with stock take preparation- Answering and transferring telephone calls- Assist with the smooth operation and communication of administrative processes- All and any other related tasks and duties as required from time to time
